LA Legal Advocates is seeking a BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) speaking paralegal to manage their own caseload and oversee the legal department.

Duties include:

  • Preparing immigration applications for filing with USCIS, EOIR and other govt. agencies
  • Preparing and translating client declarations, birth certificates, marriage certificates, and other legal documents
  • Maintaining case management system and client contact

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30pm

Los Angeles Legal Advocates is expanding and developing our immigration department and are looking for an experienced and ambitious immigration attorney to join our team!

This position will require the attorney to manage their legal team, perform daily consultations with potential clients, appear at USCIS and EOIR and manage their caseload.
