Attorney Frances Arroyo is a Board Certified Expert in Immigration & Nationality Law. She is a graduate of American University (BA, 2007) and attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she obtained her law degree with a specialty in Global Legal Studies in 2010. During law school, Frances Arroyo served as a student representative with Casa Cornelia, the ACLU, and the American Bar Association Immigrant Justice Project. She also worked with human rights organizations and nonprofits to defend against the rampant inequities in the immigrant community. Through her involvement in trafficking cases, removal defense, and legal activism in Law School, Frances E. Arroyo decided that her passion for immigrant rights would be best served within the practice of immigration law.

Managing Attorney
With over 18 years of legal experience across multiple jurisdictions, Ivo Genchev brings a truly global perspective to the practice of law. A native of Bulgaria, Mr. Genchev is a California State Bar attorney, admitted to practice in the United States since 2012. He has spent the past 12 years focused on U.S. immigration law, with a strong emphasis on removal defense and litigation before the Immigration Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Before moving to the United States, Mr. Genchev practiced law in Europe for six years after graduating from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski,” one of the most prestigious institutions in Eastern Europe. He is also licensed to practice law in Europe.
Mr. Genchev’s multicultural background and multilingual fluency in English, Spanish, and Bulgarian make him uniquely equipped to advocate for clients from diverse backgrounds. Having lived in Mexico and Cuba for many years, and completed his secondary and preparatory education at Colegio Holandés in Mexico before transferring to Sofia University, he has a deep personal connection to Latin America and its communities.
